The Company's core buisnesses comprise property development and property investment,with project management ,construction,property management,and financial services supporting its core buisnesses.In addition,it has direct interests in a listed subsidiary,Henderson Investment Limited,and three listed associates:

• The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited(which in turn has equity stakes in a listed subsidiary,Towngas China Company Limited)
• Hong Kong Ferry(Holdings)Company Limited
• Miramer Hotel and Investment Company,Limited

Over the years,Hendersin Land has created award-winnig high quality city landmarks,such as the International Finace Center Complex in Hong Kong by renowed architect Cesar Pelli,and World Financial Center in Beijing,inspired by crystal jewelry boxes.

Henderson Land continues to build its buisness concurrently in Hong Kong and mainland China and will introduce further iconic commecial and residential development projects,utilizing the same mix of inniovative designs,high quality construction and property management and community commitment that have helped the Company to earn a solid reputation to-date.
